Looking for a certain manga

The details I can remember about the manga is that the main character wakes up on the floor of a dungeon. After learning he is a demon king ( I think ) he goes outside to explore and finds a dragon that loves chocolate. After that he finds a little girl that is a vampire or half vampire. A while after that the little girl gets taken to city as a slave the MC goes to the city to go get her and the dragon which I forgot to mention earlier can turn into a girl helps by coming and bringing a lot of dragons with her.
