I am also open to doing other series, but I want to do these the most at the moment:
Isobe Isobee is a 16 volume gag manga, done by the creator of High School Family. It has 6-10 page chapters, and it isn't too heavy on the dialogue. No strict deadlines or pressure!
Hotel Helheim is a 3 volume fantasy comedy about a concierge that works at a hotel in the afterlife.
