The manga was about this adult girl who works in a cafe and meets her old middle/high school crush whom she is pretty obsessed with (I remember having a lot of pictures of the guy in her room). The guy is already married and is popular for being a good soldier I think. When ever he gets hurt or dies some scientists or machine just fix him up and he is alive again but unfortunately parts of his personality change every time they fix him up. (He ends up getting a divorce for this reason I think) So he goes visit the mc at her work(he reads the newspaper usually I think) because if she still likes him then that means to him that he is still the same person. I also remember there was this one part where he took her somewhere and then some alien being freaking cuts half of his head there. The guy had light brown hair and green eyes and the mc had black hair and maybe blue eyes.
