Looking for a manga, can't remember its name

I'm looking for a manga, but I can't remember its name. I sorta remember the basic premise though.

There's this robot guy and he has blond hair, and he's super serious, but he's not the main character. There's also this loli girl that's super powerful. They fight bad guys together, but usually don't get along. Also, there's this guy, and he's able to defeat all his enemies very easily. In fact, he's able to defeat them all in pretty much just one punch. I think I recall his training regimen being at least one hundred push-ups every day or week or something like that. He's also bald, if that helps.

Does anyone know which manga this is? If so, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

Anything else you can remember? That is to close to one punch so to much of that shows up in a search.
Modern day? Future?

I remember one with two that don't get along, can't remember much about the guy but he was powerful. The loli and he argued and insulted each other. The loli had powers because she was related to some type of monster. It was quirky. Can't remember the name but I think it had 70+ maybe 100+ chapters. Think they were detectives or police officers.

i wondered, I haven't read one punch man. But I have read a couple with your base phrase of 100 pushups... referenced in them. Figured they were nods to another manga. I'm always happy to look, I've found some good titles that I wouldn't have otherwise read. Even in this thread search Hotel popped up and I'll probably take a look at it.
