looking for a manga/manhwa

hi guys, can you help me find a manhwa I read a few years ago?
both the fl and ml are sword fighters and leaders of rival nations. fl belongs to a nomadic tribe and iirc their voices have magical powers or something. fl has dark blue hair; the ml is tanned with long hair. there’s also a blonde rival who’s the daughter of a high-ranking noble in the ml’s kingdom.

im not sure if this is right but Lies Become You is the only manhwa i remember with dark blue haired (or black since ml change hair color several times) and taned male (but not long haired)...

those had several long haired taned male, but not male lead
