Looking for a manga, that might actually not exist at all

Everything I type here will be IIRC, because I seriously think that this might be a fever dream that I had. But in the chance that this story is actually real, here's the description that I can remember ;

- It's a self-published story, the author had been creating this story for a very long time
- It has a few side stories
- The main series had only 1 chapter, but it had around 50~100 pages
- The chapter ended abruptly
- The cover is black & white, definitely a panel/page from the story
- The art is very pretty, especially the architecture
- The author didn't finished the story because of personal reason(s)
- It's fantasy school setting

Yep, that's it. That's all the descriptions that I can remember.
