After watching and reading Tojima Rider
i remember there was similar manga about tokusatsu fan /cosplayer.
not only him, but several people that so into their own character that they built some gadget into their costume to match the character they play,
like piston empowered rider punch/kick or hydraulic claw press and mechanical exoskeleton kaiju costume.
it have this down-to-earth tokusatsu feeling, unlike Tojima. They hide their identity because thats what masked hero do, and there's female member which actually pretty famous actress.
Later in the story, there's a streamer that getting money from beating people to help his sister or something.
he challenge the MC, and the club are helping them secure some abandoned park so they could battle.
I tried to search for some time with no luck, maybe even missed a few times cause i forgot how they look.
