Looking for a manga where the MC has an eye ability

I've been trying to recall this manga for the past 3 days, so if someone can remember it that would be amazing.

What I can recall is that the MC has this special power that can tell humans from non-humans apart.

If he looks at them all he'll see is a big patch of darkness covering their face.

I remember there being some police girls trying to recruit him into their division at an amusement park but anything past this is a blur.
