Looking for a Manga

It's a school life story, a girl from a poor family gets to go to a rich person's high school since her grandfather gets wealthy, and manages to attract the attention of the schools prince, who is also accompanied by "four heavenly kings", one of whom wears glasses and is very protective. The "prince" character exists very much outside the realm of common sense. But he and the girl somehow manage to start a relationship. I just can't remember the name of the manga, and it's really bugging me.
