Hi I searched for a while for a manga I red a while ago it was about a demon lord (he was an orc king or a goblin king or something like that)that wasn’t very strong but had a lot of influence. The other demon appointed him as a démon lords o that the hero kills him. But he got reincarnated as a human and was very strong he meets his former subordinate a vampire that also reincarnated into a human
