Looking for a NSFW manga

I read a long time ago so I will say what I remember of the plot (it contains some heavy stuff) a zombie outbreak suddenly happens but it only affects men mutating them into monstrous forma which are far stronger. Of course it being a NSFW manga the zombies what to do a lot more than just eat the uninfected women. The protagonist suddenly wakes up in hi old school campus to find out that he is one of the few immune me (there is a sus guy that appear later on which also seems to be immune). He joins a group of girls living in the school but they don't trust him (cuz he is a guy and could get infected)... From there on I forgot a lot of the plot I only remember that eventually they join another group which is also being led by another man but that man was acting mad sus (experimenting with zombies I think)

If I had to say, from what I can barely remember, the main character is very naive, and the author likes to put him against devious characters that will abuse that, and when the situation is about to reach the point of no return, the mc miraculously gets saved. Which doesn't erase the unbearable dread we got through and doesn't miraculously make up for this poor gimmick being a big disappointment in the plot that the author is using on repeat.

I haven't read it much, so I'm not the best person to talk about it. I suggest you try it to form your own opinion.
