I'm looking for a really short oneshot (possibly twitter comic) I read here a few months ago. It was from the perspective of a guy who is narrating about a scary looking girl in his class who doesn't talk (she looks like a yankee). Something happens and she gets excited and talks to him, revealing an accent, and quickly gets embarrassed. The joke is that, because she was embarrassed by her accent(kansai dialect?), she was simply not talking because she was worried about revealing it. Any help locating it would be appreciated.
