Looking for a philosophical isekai/reincarnation manga

I'm searching for recommendations and for a manga I read a few years ago about a guy that passed from old age, somehow he got stuck in a virtual world and became an adventurer, he wasn't OP or anything but he helped many people with life advice, at some point he goes on a mission where he almost dies, after coming back he starts appreciating his new life more.
Not picky about the recommendations, as long as it left you thinking for a while i'm good with it
