Looking for a zombie manga I read

A few months back I read what I believe was a oneshot that was about a zombie girl. From what I remember, the plot involved a clumsy girl and a boy who had a crush on her. The girl ended up falling down stairs and dying (you don't see this but her friends comment on it) but came back as a zombie. I think that was pretty much all there was to it. I've tried searching using the zombies tag, but I can't seem to find it.
