looking for an Isekai manga

IT's about this guy who's in a bus and then the bus crashes and he dies along with his boss and they get isekai'd and he ends up with this role(or power) where he supports his party from the back.

There's also a bunch of girls like his boss, this robot girl, one who wields a sword and can go berserk. That's all I really remember
