Looking for an old "dungeon building" manga

An old manga I was reading years ago I want to find again. Hoping the translation isn't dead or at least has progressed some since I've last read it.

Plot details I remember are:
a mage using a magical hot spot to build his dungeon around,
a somewhat unwilling succubus servant,
the village he protects giving him a young girl as a sacrifice that he takes on as an apprentice

Latest chapters I remember were of him toying with a group of adventurers he captured.
