The premise is the chubby guy got transported . His "death" is heart attack when there is an accident. He is chosen as the demon king and previous demon kings are also from earth and they have taught the demon and monsters various things . The first one taught them agriculture so they didn't have to raid. Other ones taught them various things except warfare. This is what the protagonist is suppose to teach as the demon lands are being invaded by humans. His first appearance is in middle of a battlefield and since he is a small chubby guy humans mistake him for a monster but he was rescued by demons. His first command is to booby trap their retreat . The current maou(one before him) introduce otaku culture.
