Looking for an old manga title, maybe from early 2000 or 2010. i think it starts with MC met a girl who can manifest spiky crystalized blood(or something like it) on her skin. Think I read it almost ten years ago or maybe even older on mangafox.

It has school setting, other than that I almost remember nothing of it beside the reason I dropped it back in the day: in later chapter she met a student Council member(If I remember it right) who tries to rape her. I just skimmed it after this point but I think he's a serial rapist who invites girl to his house to violates them, he even keeps a record book about his victims.
