Not sure if everyone had a 'skill' but one of the new female charas/side characters introduced had some kinda 'luck' ability where she was asked to help and just pressed random buttons with everything being fixed despite not knowing anything about programming basically lucked into her job and also tried properly studying at one point and one person was praising her for 'reviewing the basics'

i'm not sure but this chara wasn't the main one, they were introduced in a later chapter , but i assume the main character was also a capable programmer (maybe socially awkward too?) but actually skilled as opposed to some kinda 'ability' that improved her work performance

LOL, not dragon maid (tho i guess 'dumb luck' might be a trope/cliche in some other series too), i haven't read that series, pretty sure everyone was human in this
