Looking for seinen manga recommendations

I'm looking strictly for something similar to "The City of Deep-Red Pomegranates" or "It Looks Like My Son Has Been Reincarnated into Another World".

What i'm not looking for is something like Vagabond or something with overly action packed plotline.

I want something simple, slice of life, buried gems with decent art. Something you'd read in a melancholic mood. Don't you dare recommend me things like "Boy's Abyss" though. I'm looking for enjoyment, not depression !

Probably a lot to ask for, but i'm sure there's people out there with similar taste.

Something mellow but not necessarily just "comfy fluff", then? Here's a few I can think of that could fit the bill:

• Neko ga Nishi Mukya
• Kowloon Generic Romance
• Matsumoto Taiyou-illustrated SoLs (Takemitsu Zamurai, Ping Pong and Sunny)
• Blue Scales and the Town of Sand
• Yumeka Sumomo leans into this tone often in her SoL series. See if any of her manga jump out to you.
• Tasogare Memorandum
• I had that same dream again
