looking for stalker yaoi

yaoi manga, seme is black haired, uke is blonde. it has stalker themes. basically these two guys live together, uke is salaryman and the seme makes his bento. seme starts to suspect something with the uke and because he's a stalker he is able to listen in on his conversations at work through his phone. Around 3rd or 4th episode, uke goes to work, talks to female coworker. seme tries to listen in but the program is glitching right around where the uke basically says that he likes him and how much the seme means to him. because of this misunderstanding, when uke gets home the seme chains his ankle and proceeds to try something.

please help me find it, it's been a long time and i can't seem to find it in my histories
