looking for the name of a manga I read 10+ years ago

There was this shoujo manga that I read forever ago, its story was she got engaged to a prince(king?) of a tiny country in europe and moved there. I don't remember much of the story except a couple volumes in she gets attempted kidnapped and goes blind due to the stress of the kidnapping.

I remember dropping it after that insert plot device here but now I want to re read it lol.

I don't know if it was popular but maybe someone here read the same thing i did
