El-Melloi's case files have a surprising amount of action, this one is huge even by fate's standard. Although, sometimes it does feel like the story is a bit disconnected from the action since it's mostly a mystery, but I can't complain when it's so hype!

The anime adaption cut quite a bit of the dialogue, the manga is more fleshed out. Although I dunno how they compare to the light novel.
Some mangas are almost 1:1 to the light novel.
