Thank God someone notice that. What IT'S that supposed to be? Foot or hand. It bends weirdly.

It's a foot bend inward. Technically not too weird except it's in an awkward position that will turn the foot sore if maintained for too long. But the mangaka was obviously lacking anatomy knowledge and skill to draw proper toes so he probably gave up midway.

It reminds me of one of those light novel ads bullshit manga. The author tried to draw fetal position fan service, but couldn't draw it right making the spine of the character so looooong.
