Agreed. Like, I just finished watching Towa no Yugure/Dusk Beyond the End of the World, and the villains shown in that show thus far(up to ep 02) are like cartoony villains. This dude is of the same caliber, but is far more intelligent and calculating, instead of being stupidly evil.
