I found the explanation about the rebirth very creative, I would never think of such a thing if I were to create a story of this kind 😂
But it makes me wonder: why don't the veterans kill the newbies the moment they are reborn to stock up on food? 🕵️🧐

Maybe the author plans to create a father-daughter-like relationship with the main character and the girl in this chapter. That would be cool, but I doubt it would work because if a person dies in this place, they'll be reborn in another random location, so it would be very easy for them to split up. 😭

This series grows on me more and more with each chapter. So I must give credit where credit is due: That I am already so emotionally invested in the story is a testament to the author's and artist's ability. Imagine how unsettling this would be as an anime, with Elden Ring-style atmosphere and animations.
