I don't know, I've tried to like this, but it is pretty medicore to be honest. I know it's not good to compare one story to another, but it is really hard not to bring Kaguya or Oshi no Ko here, where at this point I was pretty much hooked to the story. Here I feel like I'm forcing myself to read this. Maybe Aka set bar too high for himself, I don't know.

The last three chapters endeared me to the story. Before that it was a mad struggle. Wouldn’t still be here if not for Aka’s name on it so I don’t blame you.

The justification behind the bullying. I get your point, at least here I can see why, just because someone doesn't know much about what you're into or knows about it at all, doesn't give you the right to react that way, the pres literally looked at Seki in disgust

True - it is more like the first BL anime that I've ever watched. It was an extrovert anime in my era, because you know, there are no anime in TV except for that one, and dragon ball Z. Yes it was the ERA BEFORE One Piece. Call it the MIDDLE AGEDS.

Surprised to see that Slam Dunk isn't considered an extrovert manga over there. I feel like in the west you'd be 100 times more likely to get made fun of if you were caught reading One Piece or Kingdom.
