It isn't that weird for these kids to fall in love with their teachers. In fact I also liked one of my teachers when I was in middle school, she was also very nice to me. Having those feelings is natural but of course you are later hit with the fact that the relationship you want is not acceptable in the society and it will never become a reality. Maybe it would have become a reality a few 100 years ago but not in today's society.

Ugh. Let's put it simply: this is a Josei. School life. Romance. Nothing more. There's no ecchi, there's no smut. It's just 14 year olds with budding feelings, none of which is acted on besides a shy smile and maybe a kiss on the cheek. If you can't handle that, don't read it.

Lol. So many age-gap romance in this manga. I don't understand why people are grossed out by this, since age gap stories are quite common, especially when it's about school life. And this one doesn't have any ero aspect too.

I love this manga for every chapter, and I cheer for every couple/couple-potential here. 😆

I've been biting my tongue on all of the past comments but its pretty sad how many people are taking manga so seriously. It's not that deep. It's just fictional. Old shoujo and josei has ALWAYS had age gap couples and taboo romances. Josei is aimed at an adult audience too. Adults who can FICTION IS NOT REALITY. Sad that a bunch of tourists keep reading manga they don't like the couples of. Just don't read it. It's simple ffs.

As someone who's been reading manga since I was a child, this type of romance isn't new to me. As said, old shoujo that was aimed for preteens had this kind of romance. I knew it would never happen and should never happen IRL. I swear, anime/manga being popular is a huge mistake if people who keep taking fiction serious and think about morals like a bunch of strict traditonal nutjobs like old boomers.

Age gaps are something I love, I mean I even prefer someone who is older than me, now maybe not that large, but a year or two would be quite nice.

I'm fine with teens having crushes on adults. I know it often happens irl and that it's a normal part of adolescence. What I just find icky is when the adult reciprocates, which both adult women in this series have done so far. In an otherwise realistic and wholesome manga it just seems to imply that this reciprocation is also realistic and wholesome. I read age gap/teacher+student stories all the time as well, but the standards that the author sets up in their scenario matters in how okay I feel about it.
