It's been a long time since I've cried at the first volume of a manga. I think the only other time I've actually done that is when I read the first volume of
Shy.
Aside from the fact that this shit hits you straight in the gullet, it's a very unique premise. I read something that had combined Maids and Skateboarding, Witches and Cigarettes, now Cupids and Guns. Breaths of fresh air like this only come every so often.
On top of the uniqueness, you'll never get bored of the characters ever. It is very entertaining to see this combination of Cupids and normal people interact. The main character is a bit dull in the early chapters, but it's not like she's some kind of pussy MC that's unbearable. Volume 1 in particular makes it apparent that you don't need to know much about these guys to get attached. That's how good the story/characters are.
I don't have anything bad to say about it. At least, as of chapter 14. It's a very strong start, and I can't believe this is from a "rookie" author. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.
