This has been here for a while, but if anybody happens to be reading it now, I'm pretty sure she takes the umbrella, but she turns back to him for a second to show she'll forgive him, but she's taking the umbrella payback.

I don't get why people are so confused in the comments?
He kissed her without her consent so she was angry. He apologizes and because she still wants them to be friends she's let him off by borrowing his umbrella. There isn't any need to completely ignore him or saying that she's leading him on because she isn't. She clearly rejected him but offered him friendship which is the only way she'll see him as because she has a crush on the other guy.

Also for the people who are saying 'why doesn't she just ask the guy she has a crush on if he's dating the other girl?'
short answer is; she's shy and she's only known him for a short while. You wouldn't just go up to a random classmate and ask them about their love life. We can see the crush is reciprocated because we have the omniscient view as readers but she's doing what she thinks is the proper and good thing to do; stay out of his relationship and not f it up.
