I think the phrase is from Aladdin, which (depending on which adaptation or book) will look something like
私はランプの精。主人に3つの願いを叶えてやる

and then yes, because the fairy just doesn't care, he omitted the phrase
私は ランプ の精。主人に3つの 願いを叶え てやる

thus becomes
私は 何か の精。。。願いを叶えよう

so I think you can just translate it to sound as lazy as possible without needing to write the "(omitted)" word,
because I think the "(略)" kanji is just there to tell that something in between is missing/omitted

You could've gone with "I'm the yadda yadda fairy" or "I'm the whatever fairy, I'll grant you an etcetera etcetera..."
