It seems to me that they were both on the same team, under the Team Lead (the groom), until Doh got promoted and got became Team Lead on her own squad. They probably got really close--sort of like him and his Junior now. My guess is Doh developed feelings for him, but he turned her down on the principle that they work together. This seems like the perfect recipe for disaster because if it's true that Suhyeon never had a relationship with a coworker, before AD, then Doh is going to be really upset when she finds out because that was the whole reason he turned her down. As a sidenote, I really like how the author subtly indicated that she was pulling over to go to the bathroom to cry in secret. Instead of showing it, they just allude to it and then it's confirmed by Suhyeon at the end of the car ride. This is the kind of stuff that makes this story more than just a smut hentai to me.
This is the first time we got Doh Yeeun's name right? She's the girl that new Suhyeon's password? Reading ch. 14 I really thought her name was Jihoon Hyung. Was totally confused on why so many ladies had blue-black hair.

I took it as them having dated before they started working there, maybe in college or something. All their old friends assumed they would still be together. They seem way too physically comfortable around each other to just be formerly close coworkers.
So his "never did this with a coworker" statement is still true because they'd already broken up by then.

Hyung isn't a name, it's a word for "big brother" used by boys/men. It's used here as a term of closeness/respect for people older than him. The hyung he met at the wedding is not the hyung he talks to at work; they are different older men he is close to (or is sucking up to). Incidentally, this one chapter contained the entire spectrum of oppa/hyung/noona/unnie, which is a bit funny.
Also, I'm pretty sure that Yeeun is a team leader in a different department, not programming. In the previous chapter he was annoyed at having to go all the way there, only to miss her.

Ok.. Definitely gonna fuck all the girls.... Unfortunate. Maybe, just maybe, they can write it in a way that isn't a character assassination for this guy, cause I genuinely cannot see him ever getting up to normal harem MC activities. I consider him to be dating Ad atp so I will hold it against him if (When) he cheats and I pray to God Ad does too (I'm gonna keep calling Ad even though it's not a name cause it's a better name than Eunhye)
