Also, she's a work colleague and his subordinate; it's natural to be wary where that kind of relationship goes.

But seriously, his unbothered attitude has left him in sexual relationships with his manager, his subordinate and some other manager. What happens when these girls learn of the others?

To be clear, none of these girls have tried to claim any relationship status with him, it's only been no strings attached sex so there's no basis for complaint about him having sex with other girls. His manager does understand that, so she won't be a problem, but I expect some degree of pouting from the AD and his subordinate...
