Edit: He said that people with holy powers have invisible crests. He also said that if Nina had a crest, she wouldn’t have been raised in an orphanage. It’s made clear that Nina is not like the others. This concludes the fact that Nina most LIKELY has holy powers and higher possibility that she has an invisible crest.
I do not know how you would be able to determine an invisible crest though...

I think as someone suggested in a different chapter her holy powers were spending a lot of energy maintaining her faulty heart so didn't appear strong but now that the Saintess healed her heart, Nina's true ability can now emerge

@Cecee : Some people speculated that Nina's holy power might've been constantly keeping her alive from whatever serious ailment she had before and so when they checked her there's a very little power to spare.

But now that the Saintess have cured it, she should have more holy power to use.

@twilightspirits The reason Nina said that is because she constantly has dreams of Nina in the original novel. So she is wandering if anyone else is having dreams like she has.

It is by no means time travel. I have to admit the concept itself of reincarnating and having sort of prophetic dreams regarding the original story is quite a unique and interesting plot.

Btw, it'd be awesome if Nina could be as powerful or even more than the Saintess, honestly, I feel there's a significant part of the world she lives in that is related to magic and it'd be interesting to explore. I know this is a love story but so far I'm not really moved by any male character so yeah, pls give her power and some worthy stuff to be focused on.
