Not gonna lie, between her appearance, the saint and king's affinity to her, and her holy power mysteriously not rejecting the king's magic. . . I was really hoping Nina was going to wind up being the king and saint's daughter from an alternate future, who was sent back in time for some reason.
But they're really playing up this seeming romance/longing angle, so now I can't figure out where the author is going with this. 🤷♂️
