Honestly, I hate the ML. He is the absolute worst.
More often than not, she is already on the ground and he just keeps on kicking her, he's lucky she's mentally strong cause with his behaviour, he could easily drive somone to suicide.
Then again, he does fit this story quite well, as I am still looking for literally any redeamable character. Her ex is human garbage, the younger coworker is a witch with a capital B, and even her best friend knowingly got her involved with this kind of ML, shattering her illusions when she was already feeling like crap.
And FL is not really helping it, why on earth would she go and move in with a man who treats her like that? (well, she does seem a sucker for men with garbage personalities and good faces as seen with the ex)
