@FrozenCircuit it's a female version of Hastur, the Cthulhu old god, called The King in Yellow, He who shall not be named and The unspeakable one. He is the half brother of Cthulhu and he mind control's people with his yellow sign, anyone who looks at the yellow sign starts worshiping it/Hastur and starts to spread it to others, causing insanity with it.
the funny thing is I could totally see Hastur/King in Yellow being totally down with being a meme they are into the arts after all this would be right up their alley.
I'm in fairy rings and tower beds

He's found the saucer news
The King in Yellow is the most human of the elder things, for it lives in and preys upon the passions in love and limerence. It sickens me and makes me weep with forlorn romance.
@gum_rummy Not really - it's based on the King in Yellow Hastur which is a lovecraftian God. IIRC in the few stories about him he basically has a sign that drives people to replicate it and go insane. Think it targets artistic individuals in particular. It's been years since I read up on him so could be wrong
