I don't know how difficult it is to grow bean sprouts but I do know that growing microgreens is pretty difficult if you don't know what you're doing. Also the landlady is freaking out way too much over something as simple as growing some plants in a drawer.

It’s pretty darn easy. Even I who kill every plant I try to grow managed to make bean sprouts
