This is incredibly pretty, surprisingly well-written, and gloriously Polish (wish I knew how everything was pronounced lol)

This is apparently steampunk in the world with its technology level around the middle of ww2 (in the first chapter they recall fighting against Russian tank KV2). Imo, it's a little too late for the setting since ww2 is basically the peak of oilpunk style. The architectures around are quite nice with a good blend of late medieval/early Renaissance and steampunk. However, the characters and the steam machines are subpar.

Overall I like this a lot so far. This sort of setting is halfway believable since it diverged from ours 500 or more years ago. Genre boundaries suck, but I do wish that this had at even as much punk as Fullmetal Alchemist rather than just steam- and deisel-.

The titular protagonist is interesting and has a clean design, but she's barely developed compared to other people and the machines themselves. I'm very happy with the first 1.5 volumes, but I'm going to get bored soon if Łucja is just a mascot with just MMA Knight and Sweetie modes. It'll be a damn shame if this stays on course for painting noble scions who will magically make things better by recovering their birthright, like a bland and mollifying fairy tale.
