the new magazine it was getting serialized in (Mitaina!) only came out twice a year and was a "trial magazine." it's now ceased publication. they announced that lucky star would move to newtype but that they need more time or something before it resumes serialization :/

I think around February 2024 If it's any consolation, a new chapter of the spin off, Konata 30, just came out today in Newtype after moving from Mitaina, though since it just came out it hasn't been translated just yet. hoping the main lucky star comes back soon though
