ok so just to be clear: is the conspiracy that there actually is no demon lord and they are pretending like there is; or is it that there is a demon lord and they just don't actually want anyone to ever really defeat it? Because the translon (while greatly appreciated) has been a little vague and flip flopy on that point, at leat to me.
