That second part though, I'll fix up in the future but the gist of it still works in a sense.

I mean, "'The number of powerful adventurers kept on increasing...' from the monsters around this area." just doesn't make any sense as a sentence. And the order of the "monsters" and "report" bubbles seems to be the usual Japanese inversion thing - "...from the monsters around this area, there have been so many reports like that".
Looking at the raws, there seem to be a huge pause after the "adventurers" line on first page, and ellipsis before the "monster" line on the second page. Since first page is kind of prelude what he says on page 2, and there is no indication that "monsters" and "report" bubbles are two different sentences, something like "The number of powerful adventurers kept on increasing... There have been so many reports like that from the monsters around this area." would have sounded better.
