Barf. What machine did this translation for you? A TI-86? I just don't understand what drives people to not even bother to proof-read their one-click MTLs and then credit themselves for it. This wouldn't happen to be the same guy who "translated" Red Blue, would it?

The reverse punch's strength comes from the turning of the shoulders + hips mainly. As well, they seem to be driving their body down too, so there's additional mass behind the punch, I think?

The style I practiced didn't have the back foot flat on the ground, but the intention of bringing your back foot flat against the ground seems to be the drop the body lower down (presumably so your opponent's head kick misses) which is ehhhhhh. Iz interesting, I guess.
