Is not like Goblin Slayer, when very close they saved her ass in time, scary but as a adventurer she probably was mentally ready to things going badly, even kept her own clothes.
That honestly makes the scene with MC getting to her really stupid...they FIGHTING FOR THEIR LIVES and he gives her clothes BEFORE killing the bundle of muscles right next to them.
As I said before, good artstyle, bad delivery.
Speaking of bad plot, the fucking MERCHANT GUILD MASTER posted a request for cleaners in her yard instead of having a gardener, even with her being cheap and wanting to pay less the fact she left a perfect unknown dude in her house was too weird.
