Shamiko really hates loneliness. In that aspect, she is very similar to Momo.... Wait. 1,35 ?! Wow. I knew that Shamiko is short, but for some reason, I imagined her a little taller than that. For at least 1,40 and something.

"When mikan faints,first... (her curse erupts! )"... You (or Mikan) could have said that before, you know? 😅 Whatever, seeing Momo saving Anri and the rest was a pretty cool scene 😍. I wish we could see scenes like that is more often. On the other hand, something bad would have to happen for this type of situation to develop. So maybe it's better that we don't see this kind of thing very often.

To be someone who until recently could not even run without fainting, I think Shamiko is doing it well. I wish she gave herself a little more credit. She deserves it.

(Crying). Leaving aside my Depression for a moment, I have to say that I never cease to be impressed by the way Ito manages to make such good transitions between pleasant/joyful and serious/tear.

Those are some of the features I like most about Shamiko. How she prioritizes hes near beings over everything else, and the determination she has when it comes to achieving her goals, despite being very weak and naive. In moments like this, she seems like the protagonist of a fighting Shonnen or a Maho shojo anime, with the difference that she is not OP ... and she is a demon, of course. Also, "As expected of my nemesis". Lover, Shamiko. Lover.
Mikan was packing? She was about to leave town ?! Speaking of arriving at the best time.

Several chapters ago, as soon as Mikan's curse being caused by a demon came up I was thinking the possibility where the author could pull up a chapter where Shamiko will use her dream infiltration to help Mikan fix her curse. Guess I was right all along.

On page 3, it feels to me like Shamiko get upset like "but my Momo is cool and pretty too!".

Yeah yeah, Top 3 Gay Shamiko moments "I'm totally not her fan, but I think she is beautiful!" Literally followed by her still blushing on the next page and trying to distract herself, because she is too embarrassed. One of those rare moments where I think Shamiko realizes that she might be seeing Momo in a different way than she admits.
I love Anri. She is so chill, yet thoughtful. She can read people scarily well, always gets a profit out of everything. Yet you can really feel how worried she was for Mikan. Downplaying her issues and holding her hands asking for her to definitely come back to school tomorrow.
Of course Mikan tried to run away to protect others, it's very much like her big sis archetype. Good thing she has good friends who are on the same gay wavelength to do what must be done.
I love Anri. She is so chill, yet thoughtful. She can read people scarily well, always gets a profit out of everything. Yet you can really feel how worried she was for Mikan. Downplaying her issues and holding her hands asking for her to definitely come back to school tomorrow.
Of course Mikan tried to run away to protect others, it's very much like her big sis archetype. Good thing she has good friends who are on the same gay wavelength to do what must be done.

This mangaka is an amazing writer. That whole sequence regarding her feelings about Momo. Nowhere is it said explicitly what she is thinking in general. She notices with surprise that Momo is involved and working with Mikan for the festival, then feels lonely; volunteers and finds out she can't do anything either because she's not qualified or Momo has already done it; observes Momo's participation rather carefully, appreciating it; gets irritated at the adoring acceptance of Mikan, who she loves; and accidentally confesses when Anri trolls her.
The interesting thing is that only about a third of that is explicit, and it somehow comes together into a rather complex emotional response pattern on Shamiko's part.
Now, I don't know whether this will ever have meaning in the manga, but if Shamiko stopped calling Momo her enemy, what would take its place? It's pretty clear at that point why she is saying that; she's worried about confronting its opposite. Personally, I really don't want Momo to become a vassal; I want them to love each other as equals. I'm happy to go along for the ride, though, wherever it goes.

135 is the bread height to be set in the bread run sport, it is positioned at Shamiko mouth, so Shamiko height is probably 160 or so

Shamiko was definitely vexed with Mikan being praised more than Momo, and Anri perfectly called her on it. 😆
Don't mind the room, "We're going to barge into your heart!". That was a great line indeed.
And there she goes using her power to help others, perhaps heal others. That's the path that fits Shamiko best I say.

Assuming they go with Japanese standards instead of Dutch, 160 is a good height for a woman. Shamiko probably is 150 or a bit lower, with Momo being maybe around 170.

@Evron and @1412 Shamiko is no more than 145. There was something in one of the strip titles that said something like that. I can't remember where, though. Momo is 165
