IIRC the bookmark symbol next to the x/10 rating indicate how many people are subscribed/have the manga bookmarked, unless I've misunderstood what that's for. MAD has 3,095 and Lemon has 27,040.

Ah, I was only going off of the MangaPlus readership numbers. MAD has way more traction there it seems.
