So they were close to achieving godhood but somehow along the way, they did something that made everything backfired at them and reducing everything to something much worse than Mad Max land. I guess the next location they have to go is that tree. But they have to deal with the parasite first and the vinus fly trap woman after.

Also, this big brain guys must have fought against humanity due to unknown reasons. We can't simply call them humans if one of them rejects the idea of being tha same species like us and from the look of things, they might be genetically bred because there are already evidence that humanity was able to develop technologies for cloning and genetic modification.

What I want to know is why is there still DVD players and books around? If humanity wants to preserve information at their current tech age, they should have developed something far better than DVDs and books right about now. The spheres do have information stored but it seems to me that it is has a very limted space for it because of how complex the test they are doing.

so the water tree is a neverending torrent of genetically chaotic living matter? fuckin awesome. this is all cool as hell. as far as I can tell the hyperevolvedhumans were trying to repopulate the earth with life after they messed it up with constant war maybe? they werent the ones who made those first chimeras they found which is odd. I wonder who did those and why. I think it was some kind of preservation but why as human hybrids? there must be a reason for all this chimerism we dont know yet. it's really too bad we're gonna get a rushed ending to all this, but it's gonna be a wild ride all the same. I might have to read 666 Satan after this is over.
