Ok, at this point the author needs to finish this manga from within the confines of a jail cell. Just in case.
Really interesting chapter though, leaving aside the author going out on a limb or two or three.

I suspect he's getting stuff past us with the time dilation thing. Now I'm wondering about everything. So it's kind of like a black hole effect, right? The closest they get to the abyss the slower time flows and past a certain point it's impossible to get out. For all we know in the surface they're already waaaay in the future and whole generations have passed.
But then... how deep exactly did her mom go on the first delve before turning back? How long do white whistles live?? If there's a reg-girl, could Riko be the actual reg-girl somehow mutated by that resurecion chamber?? I'm so confused and have so many questions. The deeper we go the lesser I can grasp the plot.
