As a previous question said, the boy likes the teacher (see his disturbed, white eyed face once the teachers start fucking).
In the question of which comes first, Love or Sex, opposite to the girl, Love would mean his feelings for the teacher who was getting railed. Sex would mean the girl, who has feelings for him, indicating he's getting over his own feelings and accepts her confession.
