Aka is clearly pretty bad at finishing stories, but I don't think he's so bad in it, that he can rush a new work in exactly the same way as the last one.

This manga didn't turn out to be as big a flop as people initially predicted, but it seems to be known mostly among those who were fans of Kaguya and Oshi no Ko and are now interested in what will happen with his career next.
